The bachelor thesis on topic alternative distribution channels in instance deals about modern forms of distribution of insurance products on czech insurance market. Dynamic development of IT, internet and social network requests inovative aproaches in marketing. The thesis is specialized in internet service World Wide Web, that means websites and social network Facebook used by insurance companies.
